Establish and maintain metal, wood, and other art workshops.
Carry out technical procurement processes for workshop operations.
Ensure and monitor safe working conditions within the workshops.
Introduce workshop equipment and materials to students and provide guidance on their safe and proper use.
Use the fixed asset tracking and inventory management system.
Support activities carried out within the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management System in the assigned unit, ensure their implementation, and raise awareness among personnel regarding OHS practices.
Support activities carried out within the Environmental Management System (EMS) in the assigned unit, ensure their implementation, and raise awareness among personnel regarding environmental practices.
Serve as a member of the First Aid Team at Sabancı University, based on the official first aid certification issued by the relevant legal authority.

Duties and Responsibilities of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Unit Representatives
Support the Department Manager in ensuring departmental coordination for legally required Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) activities, including mandatory training sessions, inspections, emergency drills, and similar activities.
Support the implementation of activities defined under the Occupational Health and Safety Management System requirements.
Ensure that these activities are implemented within the assigned unit.
Raise awareness among personnel within the unit regarding Occupational Health and Safety practices.
